Even though classes are held at the beautiful Apex Senior Center, anyone between the ages of 18 - 118 can sign up!
Cost for a 7 week series ranges from $29 - $53
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Happy Feet Fitness- BEG SOLO JAZZ
Ages 18+. No partner required. We will focus on individual movement, taking Swing Dance, Charleston and Jazz rhythms and putting them together for a great workout. We will cover routines like the Shim Sham, Jitterbug Stroll, 1950s Madison Time, and more as we “Dance through the decades”. This is a 4-week series with The Cary Arts Center and a 7-week series with registration through the Apex Community website.

BEGINNER PARTNER SWING CLASS
Ages 18+. No partner needed, we will ROTATE in class. If you do attend with a partner and want to stay with them for the entire class we can accommodate that as well. We will be teaching the BASICS of 6-Count Swing, Lindy Hop, and Charleston. This is a 7-week series with registration through the Apex Community website.
